Reimbursement policy
The products must be in their original state, without opening, without damage and sent with a copy of the original sale invoice or the receipt of the packing list in cardboard boxes sealed with the appropriate packaging materials.

You must send an email to info.esthemax@esthemaxeuropa.com Justifying the reason for your reimbursement. A response will be sent to confirm  The reception and processing of your request. There will be no refund of transactions to notifications that are not made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return policy

Returns will be made if the package presents damage to its physical structure, the product does not have the safety seal or this is open or that some foreign matter is located within the package at the time of delivery of the shipment, No returns will be accepted that are not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You must send an email to info.esthemax@esthemaxeuropa.com attaching a photo and  Description of any incident related to the container or content of the product. A response will be sent to confirm the reception and processing of your return request or change when EXTHEMAX Europe receives the product.

Any order with return authorization under the above-mentioned cases will be changed by the same reference, should not have inventory available the customer may choose another product with a similar price.
