Professional protocol designed for the care of sensitive, reactive, sensitized skin or skin with an impaired barrier. It combines different actions to support hydration, comfort, and the maintenance of the skin barrier function.

THE PROTOCOL INCLUDES:

Normal Cleanser
A gentle, creamy cleanser that removes impurities and excess sebum without leaving the skin feeling dry or tight. Formulated with stearic acid, vitamin E, and allantoin.

Snow Cream Mask
A creamy mask with shea butter, honey, and coconut extract that provides hydration and emollient action, helping to soften and protect the skin.

Hydro Serum
A serum formulated with urea that provides hydration and helps retain moisture while supporting the skin barrier function.

Rosehip Hop Hydrojelly® Mask
A mask with rosehip, rich in essential fatty acids. It provides hydrating, emollient, and conditioning action, especially suitable for sensitive, reactive, or irritated skin.

Radiance Biotin Hydrojelly® Mask
A mask formulated with biotin, organic oat flour, and organic rice flour. It helps maintain hydration and provides a soothing and conditioning action for dry and sensitive skin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Step 1. Normal Cleanser
Apply the required amount to the treatment area using gentle circular motions. Remove thoroughly with water or a damp towel.

Step 2. Snow Cream Mask
Apply evenly to cleansed skin. Leave on for approximately 10 minutes. Remove with a sponge or damp towel.

Step 3. Hydro Serum
Apply 3–4 drops of the serum to the treated area and massage until fully absorbed.

Step 4. Rosehip Hop Hydrojelly® Mask or Radiance Biotin Hydrojelly® Mask
Mix the product with water until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Apply to the treatment area, leave on for 20 minutes, and remove.
